Log into the site and click on the "My Account" link located on the homepage.

Click on the "Login" link on the homepage. Click on the "Forgot your password?" link in the login window. Enter the email address the account is registered under and then click on the "Submit" button. Your password will be emailed to you.

To add a video to your Favorites, click the "+favorites" button to the right of the video preview. The button will then change to say "-favorites". You can click this button to remove the video from your favorites page.

To add a video to your wish list, click the "add to wish list" button to the right of the video preview.

To view your "Wish List", log into our site then click the "Wish List" link on the top of the homepage.

To remove a video from your favorites, click on the “-favorites” button to the right of any video you have added.

To add or change account information log into the site then click the “My Account” link on the homepage. From here you can change any account information.

You can buy with a credit card or with credits. Credits are the best and easiest way to purchase the product. You can receive more credits when you buy a bulk at a time and you do not have to enter your credit card info each time you buy a product.

Enter the coupon code on the product page you want to download. If you have a special coupon provided to you by BigStuf Camps or 410Bridge, hit the redeem button on the homepage and enter in your coupon.

To print a receipt for an order, log into our site, then click the "My Account" link on our homepage. You will be taken to a page listing your orders.

To register with us, click on the "Register" link on our homepage. You can then enter your name, email, and the password you would like to use for our site. You can read our Terms and Conditions and need to accept the terms and conditions. Once you have entered all this information click "Submit" and you information will be saved and your account created.

Click the format you would like and your download will begin. Your computer settings may cause a window to come up asking if you would like to open or save the file rather than automatically beginning the download. You will click "Save" and the download should begin.

If your computer is not giving you the option to save the file, you can download by right-clicking the format you would like to download, then clicking “Save target as” or “Save link as”. You can then select where on your computer you would like to save the file and click “Save” to begin the download.

We recommend using a high speed broadband internet connection as wireless and dial up connections tend to time out before the download is complete.

Our videos come in two formats:

MPEG1 is very compatible file that will work with both PC and Mac based programs. You can also burn this file onto a regular CD and it will play in Most DVD players. This file type is also compatible with Easy Worship Presentation Software.

MOV is the best file type to use with Mac programs and Quicktime. This file type is also compatible with SundayPlus Presentation Software and ProPresenter.

Make sure that you download the file type that is going to be most compatible with the media player or presentation software you are using. Since our videos are not meant to be edited, we cannot guarantee that they will play properly in video editing software.

If you are using a background loop, please note that the PowerPoint program will not allow you to layer text over video, however, you can do this in a media presentation software such as ProPresenter or Media Shout.

Copyrights for our videos cover the video to be shown in one site. We are not able to allow broadcasting of any kind due to the contracts we have with our filmmakers.

The easiest way to search for a specific video is to click in search box. From here you can enter the title or words from the title in the search box, select a category, genre, producer, or whether the video. You can also select how you would like our site to sort your results.
